Self-Employed Personal Assistant needed (POSTED 29.08.25)

I am a 24 year old student looking for a Self Employed Personal Assistant to support me with managing my home environment, support to go shopping, prepare meals, and support to help me carry out personal care (I do not need someone to do this for me but need prompting and reassurance). I might also need support to attend social groups such as at Room One (Autism service)
The PA ideally would have experience in mental health and Autism. The person would need to be patient, kind and honest.
Because of my mental health I do occasionally self harm, I would never do this in front of somebody, and I am under the community mental health team and have appropriate support in place but the ideal candidate should have experience of working with someone with mental health issues such as this.
I need someone who is a non smoker.
I am studying creative writing at the University of Portsmouth. My interests are watching tv and reading, I also like collecting Lego.
I have Autism and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, among others. I struggle with motivation and initiating tasks and need someone to help and prompt me and do things with me.
