Self-Employed PA needed (POSTED 16.10.25)

I am a 24 year old looking for a Self Employed Personal Assistant to support me with managing my home environment, support to go shopping, prepare meals, and support to help me carry out personal care (I do not need someone to do this for me but need prompting and reassurance). I might also need support to attend social groups such as at Room One (Autism service)
The PA ideally would have experience in mental health and Autism. The person would need to be patient, kind and honest.
I have Autism and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and I am under the care of the community mental health team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable supporting someone with complex mental health needs.
I need someone who is a non-smoker.
I am studying creative writing at the University of Portsmouth. My interests are watching tv and reading, I also like collecting Lego.
I struggle with motivation and initiating tasks and need someone to help prompt me and do things with me.

Hours per week – 7 hours per week, days and times would need to be negotiated when I know my timetable.
