Seeking Personal Assistant for 7.5-Year-Old Autistic Boy (6 Hours/Week)

We are looking for a caring and reliable PA to support a happy, 7.5-year-old autistic boy in engaging with community activities and fun outings. He has limited speech due to a language development disorder and requires support with communication, using short (3–4 word) phrases and giving processing time and calling his name first when been addressed
He has reduced peripheral vision in his left eye, which affects his depth and distance perception, and requires close supervision due to a lack of awareness of danger and a tendency to elope or
zone out. Hand-holding or monitoring is essential when walking, unless in a pushchair.

The role involves 6 hours per week, focused on safe, enjoyable community engagement.
