PA required 3 hours a week – SOUTHSEA AREA (POSTED 8.8.25)

A kind, reliable, and person-centred Personal Assistant is required to support a woman living in Southsea with long-term health conditions. This role is to complement an existing PA arrangement and provide additional support around the home.

Hours Available:
3 hours per week (flexible), ideally once or twice a week.

About the Role:
You will be supporting a woman, who values her independence and routines, with tasks that help her meet her assessed eligible needs under the Care Act 2014.

These include:

* Supporting with light meal preparation

* Supporting with washing and dressing in a respectful and dignified manner.

* Completing laundry tasks.

* Assisting with clothing that may involve zips, buttons, or other fastenings

*Light domestic tasks to help keep the home clean and safe from dust and trip hazards

About You:
- Friendly, respectful, and trustworthy
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential
- Comfortable around pets (small dog and cat in the home)
- Female applicants preferred due to the nature of personal care
- Able to work flexibly and communicate clearly
