PA for social support twice a week – 6 hours total (POSTED 29.4.25)

About Me:
Hello, my name is Ellen. I have mobility difficulties and require walking aids. Currently, I do not leave my house on my own. I live with a supportive friend who has work commitments and cannot always accompany me. Therefore, I am looking for a friendly Personal Assistant to support me in walking to town and keeping me company two days a week. Preferably Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Responsibilities:
• 3 hours a day, twice a week
• Accompany me on walks to town
• Assist with visits to the bank and shops
• Join me for coffee shop outings
• Help with weekly food shopping at Asda

Requirements:
• Caring, kind, and patient
• Comfortable communicating via writing on a whiteboard (I am hard of hearing)
• Must love cats (I have two house cats who are very dear to me)

Additional Information:
I am awaiting my Direct Payment (DP) setup, which I anticipate will be ready by the end of May/June. Pay will be £12.50ph. If you are able to commit to two days a week, 3 hours a day, please get in contact.
