I’m looking for a self-employed Personal Assistant to provide flexible support 7 days a week, up to 12 hours per week. This is a hands-on role in my one-bedroom flat—ideal for someone patient, proactive, and with a great sense of humour.

About the Role & About Me
• Personal Care:
My biggest need is help with my morning routine—getting up, showered, dressed, taking medication, and sometimes completing physio exercises. I experience joint pain, stiffness, and dizziness, and occasionally I’m non-verbal, so I need someone who can work independently and intuitively when communication is difficult.
• A Unique Task:
I have very long hair and would love support with styling it in different ways.
• Family & Home:
I have two wonderful children (a boy and a girl) who stay with me part-time. We live in a one-bedroom flat, so help with organising daily activities is essential. I also have a partner who occasionally stays over, but most of the time it’s just me.
• Meal Prep:
Some evenings, I need assistance with cooking and meal preparation due to physical limitations. Our kitchen is compact, with one hob and a dual air fryer, so simple, creative meals work best. Please note I have allergies to Meat, Milk, Soya, and Wheat.
• Flexibility:
My needs vary day to day, so we’ll work together to agree on the best times I would require support.
